Orbit Analysis

25 Questions, 1 hour time limit, Open Book, passing score is 70% correct.

Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- Know how to collect the data necessary to plot a proper orbit.
- Understand the value of filtered and unfiltered orbits.
- Be able to diagnose malfunctions using orbit analysis, such as:
- Unbalance
- Misalignment
- Wiped Bearing
- Rubs
- Bearing wear
- Oil Whirl
- Oil Whip
- Forward and Reverse Precession
