Background & Experience

Joel started with Pioneer Engineering the middle of April. He was hired as a reliability engineer and to assist with remote monitoring, and vibration analysis. His previous experience with BP America will help him be successful in his new role at Pioneer. Joel received both his bachelors and masters in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
