Flexible Payment Options

We offer flexible payment options for our services and products. You can issue a P.O. for payment or you can pay by major credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. If you choose to pay with credit, we can email an invoice to you with a link to a secure payment web site. It is convenient, fast, and secure.

Terms and Conditions

1. By issuing a Purchase Order, or any other form of payment, the purchaser accepts the terms defined on this page entitled “Terms and Conditions”.
2. Our quotations are valid for ninety (90) days.
3. Our payment terms are “2% 10, Net 30” calculated from the invoiced date.
4. A late charge of 2% per month will be assessed on all overdue payments.
5. We require a minimum of twenty (20) business days’ notice for a penalty free cancellation.
6. If cancellation is made within twenty (20) business days, but outside of ten (10) business days, the penalty is 20% of the quoted service fee (expenses excluded) and will be invoiced immediately.
7. If cancellation is made within ten (10) business days, but outside of three (3) business days, the penalty is 40% of the quoted service fee (expenses excluded) and will be invoiced immediately.
8. If cancellation is made within three (3) business days, the penalty is 60% of the quoted service fee and will be invoiced immediately.
9. If work is re-scheduled after a cancellation penalty has been assessed, a discount of one-half (1/2) of the penalty will be applied to the new quotation.
10. If an analysis service is performed, and no value is received by the purchaser (i.e. an incorrect analysis that leads to a useless solution), then the service portion of the fee will be either refunded or applied to a return visit.
11. Expenses for our meals and lodging are charged on a “per diem” basis. This basis is included in the quotation. Since actual costs are not charged, no receipts for lodging and meals will be included with the invoice.
12. All air travel within the contiguous United States will require a fully refundable ticket.
13. All air travel outside the contiguous United States will require a Business Class ticket.
