Pioneer Engineering offers a variety of vibration analysis services. In addition to our condition monitoring services, we offer high end engineering services dealing with vibration.
Advanced Vibration Analysis
We can tackle the toughest vibration problems. We have a range of tools to solve these problems, including single and multi-channel data acquisition instruments, modal hammers for "bump tests", modal analysis and FEA software for computer animation and simulation, and custom signal processing programs that we've designed.

Modal Analysis
Modal Analysis (or Modal Testing) is the process of testing machine components or structures in order to obtain an understanding of their dynamic or vibration behavior. Condition Monitoring
We can handle all your vibration condition monitoring needs. We can train you to do your own collection and analysis in house, or we can perform the service for you. See our condition monitoring page for more details.
Finite Element Analysis - Dynamic Analysis
We have capability of modeling vibration problems with FEA. We can use FEA simulations to predict the modes of vibration (shapes and frequencies), the transient response subject to forcing frequencies, and the response of a system due to random excitation. Dynamic Balancing
In addition to offering a course on dynamic balancing, we can perform balancing operation for you. Typically, we offer this service as a follow-up to our condition monitoring contract clients. If an unbalance problem is detected, we can help solve the problem quickly.
